Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Each piece is curated in small, limited editions, so we take extra care to ensure it arrives beautifully presented.

Shipping Within Australia

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
• Complimentaryexpress shipping on orders over $150

International Shipping

• Available to select countries
• Delivery timeframes vary by destination (generally 7–14 business days)
• Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Returns & Exchanges

• Because Buonissimo Jewels are limited-edition and curated pieces, we want every purchase to feel special and worry-free.
• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn jewellery in its original packaging for exchange or store credit. 
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged
• Exchanges are available for a different size or style, subject to availability.
  
• We do not cover the cost of return postage
